Overview

We want you to love your Chill Monkee Lazy Lounger. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Policy

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment.

Exchanges

Want a different color or pattern? We're happy to help. Email us at support@chillmonkee.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we'll get you taken care of.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email support@chillmonkee.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. We'll send you a Return & Exchange Form and walk you through the next steps.

Refunds 

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 24 hours. Please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Amazon Purchases

Items purchased through Amazon must be returned through Amazon and are subject to Amazon's return policy.

Final Sale Items

Final Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Our Right to Limit Returns

Chill Monkee reserves the right to limit, decline, or reject any returns or orders at our discretion. Our policies are intended for end consumers only. Purchasing for resale is prohibited.
