Return & Exchange Policy

Our Policy

Our goal is to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. However, in the event that you’re not, you can always return or exchange any of your purchased items (even if they’ve been worn, washed, or used) as long as it’s within 30 days of the initial purchase receipt.*

While we do cover the shipping costs to get the return or exchange back in our hands, it’s important to note that a $10 restocking fee is deducted from the refund on all returns (there’s no fee for exchanges). Additionally, shipping fees on the initial purchase are non-refundable.

Apparel items must have intact tags or labels. Items with tags or labels that have been removed are not eligible for return or exchange.

Final Sale items are also not eligible for return or exchange. These include gift cards and all items tagged “Final Sale” on our website or at in-person sales events. 

For Chill Monkee products purchased through an authorized dealer, their return policy applies – please contact them directly for more information.

*Our Right to Reject Your Return, Exchange, or Cancel an Order: The sale of products and fulfillment of orders through the Chill Monkee e-commerce website is contingent upon product availability and discretion in managing inventory. Chill Monkee explicitly reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to limit, decline, or reject any sales, returns, and orders for any reason, without being liable for any damages or costs, except for repaying any amount received from the customer in relation to such sale or order.

Our Process

1. Connect with Customer Care

    If you’d like to return or exchange an item purchased from our online store or an in-person event, please contact Customer Care at support@chillmonkee.com to initiate your return or exchange.

    NOTE: We will not accept returns or exchanges that haven’t been communicated with Customer Care beforehand.

    2. Complete the Return & Exchange Form

      Returns and exchanges will only be processed if a completed Return & Exchange Form is included with the returned item(s).

      3. Ship Your Return or Exchange

        After safely packing the item(s) to be returned or exchanged, affix the shipping label we’ve provided to your package and hand it off to the respective shipping carrier.

        NOTE: Whenever possible, please use the same packaging in which your items were originally shipped.

        Once we receive your return or exchange, we’ll process it within 24 hours and either issue a refund or ship out your new item(s). Please note that refunds can take up to 5-7 business days before showing on your credit card statement.
