Orders

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, and Venmo. We are unable to accept checks or money orders.

What if I made a mistake and need to change my order?

All orders placed before 4 PM CST are processed the same day. Because of this, we can’t guarantee that we'll be able to modify your order once it's been placed.

However, if you need to make a change, please email us at support@chillmonkee.com as soon as possible. We will make every attempt to fulfill your request.

Can I cancel my order?

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes. With few exceptions, orders are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase (even if worn, washed, or used). For more details, please review our Return & Exchange Policy.

Do your products come with any type of warranty?

Our products are fully warrantied with proof of purchase to the original owner. This warranty provides protection against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty does NOT cover damage caused by accident, improper care, or the natural breakdown of materials from extended use over time.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we don’t ship outside the U.S. at this time, but we will start shipping to Canada very soon. To ensure you’re kept in the loop, be sure to sign up for our newsletter below.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. on orders over $49. Shipping charges apply to orders being sent to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

When will my order ship?

ChillMonkee.com orders placed by 4 PM CST Monday through Friday are processed the same day (we don't ship on weekends or major holidays). Once our shipping carrier accepts and scans your package, you can check your package’s ETA using the tracking information you received via email.

When will my order arrive?

With our Ground and Free Shipping options, orders arrive three to seven business days after processing. When you select expedited shipping, expect your order to arrive two business days after it’s processed.

What if I received a package with damaged or missing items?

Please get in touch with Customer Care by emailing us at support@chillmonkee.com as soon as possible after receiving your package and noticing any missing or damaged items. For items that arrive damaged, we require a photo of the damaged item and the packaging (if the packaging arrived damaged). Items with a manufacturer defect or that incurred damage during the shipping process will be replaced at no additional cost.

We are unable to assist with packages that were missing items or contained items that arrived damaged outside of the 30-day Return & Exchange Policy timeframe.

What if my package never arrived?

For missing packages marked delivered to the address on the order, we require a minimum of 5 business days to file a claim with the carrier before sending a replacement. We are unable to assist with missing packages outside of the 30-day Return & Exchange Policy timeframe.

Lazy Loungers

How durable are the Lazy Loungers?

While you can safely and confidently use your Lazy Lounger on surfaces such as concrete, sand, gravel, dirt, grass, water, etc., they aren’t indestructible. DO NOT set them on or drag them over anything sharp, jump on or fall into them, pull them behind a boat, use them to raft down a river, or expose them to anything hot…like fire!

Do the Lazy Loungers come with any type of warranty?

If I accidentally get a hole in my Lazy Lounger, can I patch it?

Yes. Since you can easily access the inner plastic lining, you can patch a hole if you happen to get one. Just make sure that when doing so, you use adhesive tape designed for patching plastic.

What if I have pets…is that a problem?

Because our Lazy Loungers are made from high-quality 210T Ripstop Polyester, they're extremely durable. For example, our 50 lb Airedale Terrier didn't cause any damage when climbing in or out. However, animals with sharper nails or claws, such as cats or rabbits, may be able to puncture the surface. Additionally, the Lazy Lounger isn’t a chew toy or scratching post. Using it for either purpose will absolutely shorten its lifespan.

WARNING: Always supervise your pets when using the Lazy Lounger as it will deflate over time. This can cause the plastic and fabric materials to stick, leading to restricted breathing and potentially obstructed airways if left unsupervised. Additionally, never allow your pets to crawl inside or place over their head.

How much weight can the Lazy Lounger hold?

It can hold up to 440lbs (200kg).

Can more than one person sit on a Lazy Lounger at the same time?

Absolutely! Another popular way to use the Lazy Lounger is as a couch. When doing so you'll want to make sure you're using less air than was being used for a single person and that you don’t exceed the maximum recommended 440 lb weight limit.

How long will the Lazy Lounger stay inflated?

While being used it will typically stay inflated for 5+ hours. However, the more you move around or get in and out of your Lazy Lounger, the more frequently you may have to refill it.

How easy is it to inflate the Lazy Lounger?

You can have your Lazy Lounger inflated and ready to go in under a minute without the need for a pump or having to manually blow it up. Just scoop the air. If all else fails, put it in front of a floor fan, leaf blower, or any other device that pushes a high volume of air, and in three or four quick seconds, you’ll be good to go! How easy is the Lazy Lounger to deflate and put away?

Just unclip the buckle at the end to open and release the air, then fold the air out. Once empty, fold it in half and slide it back into its carrying bag. Check out our instructional video for more details.

NOTE: Ensure the Lazy Lounger is dry before packing it back in the carrying bag to prevent any mold or mildew.

Will the Lazy Lounger float on water?

Yes! In addition to being a ridiculously comfortable lounger on dry land, it doubles as one on the water as well. However, we recommend using it only on a still body of water like a pool or lake.

WARNING: Chill Monkee Lazy Loungers are for recreational use only. Although they do float, they're NOT a life-saving device. You should always wear a personal flotation device when using it in the water.

Are there any age restrictions?

While there aren't any age restrictions, we don't recommend it for children under age 2.
